A little about us...For more than 50 years the Belmont Drive-In Theater has been providing Gaston County and its neighboring communities with one of the world's most unique entertainment experiences. As drive-in theaters have become more rare, the Belmont Drive-In Theater has continued to offer its patrons quality, first-run movies at the best price in town. Not only do we give our patrons TWO blockbuster titles for one low admission price, we also provide a full service snack bar, FM radio broadcast of the movie soundtrack with digital Dolby audio, and a family atmosphere second to none. Put these great services together and you've got an incredible evening of fun and one of North Carolina's best entertainment values! We have approximately 289 parking spaces on a 4 acre field. By May or June, we fill those parking spaces at least an hour before the first movie starts! Why should you advertise?You must advertise to reach new customers. Your market changes constantly. New families to the area mean new customers for you to reach. You must advertise because your competition is advertising. In order to keep your regular customers you must counter balance the advertising of your competition. The more customers you see the more sales you can make! You must advertise to generate business traffic. Continuous business traffic is the first step toward sales increases and expanding your customer base. You must advertise to increase your sales. Businesses that succeed are usually strong, steady advertisers. Look around... you will find the most aggressive and consistent advertisers are almost invariably the most successful merchants. Why advertise with us?With radio you only have sound - with newspapers, magazines, and billboards you only have sight - with television you have both sight and sound but there is the ability to turn the medium off or go to another channel. Here at the drive-in, your prospective client is given both sight, on a sixty foot by eighty foot screen, and sound on both a personal basis and a 4.1 acre field broadcast in Dolby stereo. Also, your potential customers chose the view and do not have the ability to either turn you off temporarily or change channels. Get more for your advertising dollar!Your startup cost will be the initial transfer of your current video ads from VHS or Beta to special 35mm projection film format. Or, you may choose to use pictures with a professional voice-over and/or music at a reduced cost. With a contract for 30 weeks at $200** per week, your business will get 9 1/2 months of scheduling at a minimum of three days air time each week! During the prime season, your ad will run seven days a week with an approximate viewing audience of more than 175,000 potential customers!
